We had Caleb and team replace an AC unit earlier this spring. Once the temps came up, the drain became clogged and the unit was inoperable. Caleb came out the afternoon that we called and took care of the problem without charge. We appreciate the attitude and quick response. Don't hesitate to reach out. Update: Same issue came up last weekend. They were here Mon afternoon and resolved the issue quickly. They also replaced one of the components that was questionable. No charge as part of the install completed in the spring. Update: Bryan was here again today for the same issue. After looking closely at the issue, I can see why the problem has come back. I believe Bryan has resolved it this time. We'll report back.

While we were away on a trip, my thermostat indicated that the air conditioning was failing. I set up an appointment with great ease online with West Austin Air Conditioning and they responded the next business day and set up an appointment right away. They showed up when they said they would, and completed the work quickly with feedback about future maintenance issues. The price was very reasonable. I would totally recommend this company!
