West austin hvac team is excellent. Reece and AB did the whole install within 6 hours from start and got us going with a variable speed system. The whole process was very smooth from quote to answering questions to install day. I recommend them highly.

We had Caleb and team replace an AC unit earlier this spring. Once the temps came up, the drain became clogged and the unit was inoperable. Caleb came out the afternoon that we called and took care of the problem without charge. We appreciate the attitude and quick response. Don't hesitate to reach out. Update: Same issue came up last weekend. They were here Mon afternoon and resolved the issue quickly. They also replaced one of the components that was questionable. No charge as part of the install completed in the spring. Update: Bryan was here again today for the same issue. After looking closely at the issue, I can see why the problem has come back. I believe Bryan has resolved it this time. We'll report back. Update: Jeff was called out today to look at the same issue with the same unit. He changed a couple of pipes and gave us some advise on filters and drain cleaner. This may be a typical summer AC issue that we need to deal with. More to come.
