Caleb is excellent. He only does what needs to be done and has never added things I don’t need. We have used him for 4 years and both my daughters use him as well.From Freon leaks to entire units, he has done a great job.

Love the West Austin Air family! They are trustworthy and know what they are doing! They fixed my issue for around $300, did some maintenance in which I paid for the yearly fee of about $300 for two units. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! Very prompt. Patrick fixed our HVAC unit the same day. It was a heatwave. So we were so grateful. I love that the service people all wear booties to respect my floors. And they never ever leave a mess of any kind. And very fair pricing as well! I highly recommend them!
