Fast reliable service. Patrick was able to accomplish the spring maintenance on my home A/C System. He identified the need to add additional refrigerant to the system and was able to answer my concerns and questions to my Satisfaction. I am very happy with West Austin Air Conditioning and plan to continue seek their services in the future to keep my Central Air Systems in tip top working order.

Caleb and team are extremely professional and quick to respond to any issue/inquiry. They replaced our entire HVAC unit quickly when the older one failed. A later minor warranty issue was also addressed quickly and efficiently and we are happy to recommend West Austin Air Conditioning.

I’ve had West Austin Air Conditioning look at my HVAC system several times over the last few years, and I’ve always found them to be completely trustworthy. I had a major HVAC failure last year when temperatures were over 100 degrees, and it was so bad I had to go with whoever could get the part first. In Texas, losing AC is an emergency! When my system went down again this April, I called that same company hoping the issue was related to the previous repair. They diagnosed it as a very expensive problem, ordered parts, and scheduled the repair. Before moving forward, I decided to call West Austin Air Conditioning for a second opinion. I’m very glad I did! West Austin Air Conditioning took the time to properly troubleshoot the system and found that the original diagnosis was completely wrong. Instead of a very expensive repair, the real issue turned out to be a failed motor and electrical problem that cost a fraction of what I had originally been told. They were professional, honest, thorough, and fair throughout the entire process. These days it seems like everyone wants to sell you a completely new system, but they didn’t do that. I also referred them to a friend afterward, and he later thanked me because he had a great experience as well. It’s hard to find HVAC companies you genuinely trust, especially when expensive repairs are involved. West Austin Air Conditioning absolutely earned my trust and my future business.
